CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens! To ensure all clients have access to their preferred appointment times, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service value.
